"On Thursday 25th May 2023, I dined with a group of friends at a restaurant. The food was excellent and our waitress provided great service. We all enjoyed our meals and had cocktails, but unfortunately, I experienced some health issues due to the high sugar content in my drink. The Manageress, Katie, was incredibly helpful and made sure I was well taken care of before leaving. She even followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my wellbeing. Katie's exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations, and we will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future, although I will be avoiding cocktails."

Very cold building, all customers had coats on! Ordered Arabiatta and it had the wrong pasta which was overcooked, could not taste the flavours as it just tasted of chilli. Very disappointing apart from the waiting staff were lovely.

Today my wife treated me to a meal at Frankie & Benny's. I opted for the steak, and I must say it was cooked to perfection at medium rare. Usually, I have issues when ordering steak medium rare as it often comes out well done, but they did a great job this time. We dined at this restaurant on a Thursday evening without a reservation, but it was not an issue as the place was only about 45% full and the staff were very welcoming. We ordered pizza, pasta, and salad, as well as drinks. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious and served quickly. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely dine here again without hesitation!

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, and the food was equally amazing. We celebrated a birthday there, and the birthday person had their favorite stackburger delivered because they love them so much. When they went to order their usual burger from the stack section, they were able to customize it with additional toppings. However, this ended up making the burger more expensive than if it had been delivered. It would be nice if the menu had a dedicated section for stackburgers. Nonetheless, the meal was delicious.
