I made a reservation through operable.co.uk, but when we arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of our booking. This was disappointing, especially for the 9-year-old celebrating his birthday with us. Thank you.

The service was amazing, I cannot fault that. I ordered off the gluten free menu and as our waitress confirmed to the kitchen it was gluten free I have been very sick since. The food was average- it all tasted the same.

I've been vegan twice and I'm always happy. Her Rübenburger is to die, and her Mediterranean salad was a wonderful light bite meal choice. I would also highly recommend the chocolate fudge cake. It was always my favorite desert, so I almost cried tears of joy when I saw it on her VEGAN MENU.

It was also difficult to reach the head office either by email or through the official complaint process. When compared to other F&B establishments, this unit falls far below expectations.
