"Terrible in almost every way. We arrived at 6 PM on a Friday night, and despite there being only a few other occupied tables, it took over 45 minutes for our main courses to be served. It seemed that the staff had forgotten about my burger. They did come to apologize, but in the meantime, they just left my wife’s pizza sitting under the heat lamps while we waited. When the food finally arrived, the "house special" burger was overcooked, bland, and tasteless; the pizza was dry; and the fries were lukewarm and chewy. I expected standard chain restaurant fare, not gourmet cuisine, but this was truly disappointing."

However, when our food finally arrived, it was good. We had to request our desserts to be packed to go because we couldn't bear to stay any longer. Fortunately, we were able to pay the bill using the F&B app, which helped us leave more quickly.
