I had the haddock which was ok,my husband had steak and ale pie with putty oh sorry mash it was terrible,my granddaughter had spag bol but it had been microwave to much, and my grandson had sausage which need to be cooked a bit more ,then to top it of they wanted £4.50 per child to go in the play area , I can honestly say I'd never go again Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Speisekarte ansehen

Went for a family Sunday lunch, the carvery was lovely and the Kids had a great time in the play area. I have to mention the excellent service we had, I have hearing loss and asked for the music to be turn down/off above our table, chloe and the team went out of their way to help. This small thing made my dinner 100% more enjoyable as I could hear the rest of my family. Thank you. Meal type: Lunch

Before we even sat down, another couple warned us that some menu items were unavailable. While waiting for our meals, we noticed another table having issues with their orders. By the time they received their food, we were already halfway through our meals, even though they had ordered long before us. It took them three attempts to get their orders right, which ultimately didn't happen, and they ended up receiving a refund. This felt unwarranted, particularly since there were only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant.
