"Nice place to get fish and chips while visiting the coast of Norfolk. It's great that there were somewhere, we can get vegan options in a fish and chip shop. I had sausages and chips with muddy peas, which was ok, the sausages and muddy peas were tasty, but the chips only get one 3, because they are not as good as chips from the sea houses (Northumberland), because I seemed to get many small scraped chips. Maybe we have the end of a game? Another visit worth when you visit!!"

A nice surprise in this vegan desert of a city, at least two vegan options on the menu Beanburger and crushed sausage. And the chips are delicious!

It's the best battered fish I've ever eaten. Chips are good but not perfect. Curry sauce is absolutely fantastic. Decent price and served quickly, would highly recommend.

Cooked fresh, gluten-free and vegan marked, and some of the most beautiful chips I've ever had. Other options, too, but I had lunch and was about to have my dinner... so it was just for a little snack!

Many veggie/vegan options with a clearly selected menu, including curry sauce that is not always vegan! If vegan sausages can be debrised, the sauce can have cooked on its own in separate frit as a vegan option. The dough is vegan also it is just that it is cooked in the same frit as the fish.

I had a great experience during my second visit to this restaurant during the lockdown. We ordered squid, chips, and muddie-peas through click and collect. Kerry provided excellent service and the food was delicious. We are regular customers here and always enjoy the fantastic service. Wells is a wonderful place to visit no matter the season.

I had fish and chips at this restaurant twice. My wife has celiac disease, so she ordered the gluten-free fish with Tempura batter. It was delicious – the fish was fresh and flaky, the batter was crunchy and not greasy, and the chips were also tasty. The portions were generous and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant had a short wait time both times we visited, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

The haddock and chips at this restaurant were incredibly tasty, with a perfectly crispy batter. We decided to dine inside due to the dark and cold weather outside. Unfortunately, a noisy family with loud children sat near us, making it hard to chat. Despite this, we would still come back for the delicious fish and chips that we highly recommend. Service and food both received a rating of 5, while the atmosphere was a 3. The cost per person was between £10-20.
