"Wonderful place, the staff are attentive, professional, courteous, and caring. You will not find better cafe service, and there is a happy, easy and relaxed atmosphere even the staff give off the feeling that they are happy to be there. The music is varied and ambient enough to provide an unintrusive background. The cafe itself is stylish, clean, and sectioned carefully to cater to multiple types of customer at once without overlap. Food and drinks are of a high quality, it may be on the pricier side for some but is worth every penny."

"We’ve eaten here a few times now and I’m glad we have. It’s a pleasant surprise to have a well priced and lovely little gem serving tapas just up the road, something which is in short supply round here! Compared to chain tapas restaurants, El Iberico is very well priced and does generous hearty portions. They have a good selection of drinks and the food is always tasty and far more authentic than some places. Staff are very attentive and look after their customers, and nothing seems too much trouble to them. Even when rushed off their feet, they take the time to look after their customers and aim for top service (which we have always had). The restaurant has a cosy, warm atmosphere and is a lovely little place to visit with friends or family. I’d definitely recommend a visit it’s worth the price for a local small business. "We regularly go to the Halfway St. branch for their burgers. My wife is a vegan and judges that their vegan burgers are the best she's had. Including upmarket central London restaurants where she has paid double. On a recent visit we paid cash and it seems that two of the new plastic £10 notes had stuck together in my wallet and I unwittingly handed over £10 too much. Our server came back to our table and returned the £10 to me. Really good and varied food, great friendly service and integrity as well. A winning combination."

"Great, in fact fantastic food. The restaurant had a very casual and relaxing feel to it, which I liked. The decor is a bit cheesy but that's the nature of the beast. Apart from us there were over 20 other patrons, all Chinese. Obviously you feel reassured of food quality if actual Chinese people are frequenting the restaurant and having a good time. If I had to picky, I'd say the main waiter, with the ear ring!, needs to cheer up a little. At least look like you enjoy the job mate...."

"Came here with my husband and we went straight into mains: biryani, goat curry, paneer, potato, dhal and a kulcha to share. Dessert was chocolate fondant and carrot pudding(halwa). Food was excellent and we polished the lot! Our only gripe the bread was a bit oily on the surface. My husbands favourite was the goat curry, mine the carrot pudding. At first look portions seem small but by the end of it we could hardly move. Staff were polite and attentive. Service well paced. At £90 altogether which included a cocktail and one soft drink it’s not a cheap night out, but a treat you would want to repeat. Thank you for a lovely evening."
