Can’t fault the food, good flavour and good portions. Kid behind the counter needs his attitude looked at. Doesn’t speak nicely to customers.

They got my order wrong and said I would have to pay again for my order if I wanted the order I had put in I have no customer relationship whatsoever

Very rude on the phone, tried not to take card payment although order was over £40, food was bland and dry. Very disappointed. Used to use them all the time, not any more Speisekarte ansehen

Food always excellent fresh, tasty and good portion sizes, with loads of prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Delivery within the hour with a friendly driver. Keep up the good work!

Food is pretty ok. I collected a phone order on Saturday again was OK, the real let down in the far from warm welcome and the I really don't want to be here sour faced stroppy girl teen on the counter. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful

Phoned to see where order was after waiting 1.15 hours, was told it would be another 20 mins so almost 2 hours wait, would have cancelled if told this at beginning. Duck was almost inedible, chewy and tough. Have been coming here for 30 plus years but won’t be using again, definitely gone down hill. Speisekarte ansehen

This is my absolute favourite Chinese takeaway. The food is always amazing and tasty. Sometimes there is a bit of wait even when you've ordered over the phone but the wait is always worth it. I had one occasion where they missed something off my order, so I phoned them straight away and they were quick to sort it.

We were disappointed to find that we did not receive complimentary prawn crackers after spending over £40. The food was subpar – the BBQ ribs were lacking in meat, the curry sauce was sweet and unusual, and most of the dishes were burnt. Unfortunately, our entire family is feeling unwell today. We hope it is only a 24-hour bug rather than food poisoning.

The food at this restaurant is good, but the customer service provided by the young girl at the counter has been consistently poor, as other customers have also mentioned. Due to her attitude, I have not left a tip during my visits. Additionally, on my most recent visit, I discovered that one of the items in my order was missing. When I called to report the mistake, the girl denied that the item was ever on the order, despite reading it back to me and stating the price. Speisekarte ansehen
