Went on ana event night, booked but waited 50 mins to sit down wouldn’t go back

Nice place to go to. We were a group of 4 and were fortunate enough not to wait for too long before being offered a table. The food was worth the wait.

Waited 45 mins for our first drink. Miserable/stroppy waitress. (Waiter tried hard) they were not busy and everyone was waiting for everything. Late to our onward arrangement. Speisekarte ansehen

Poorly managed. There were long lines out the door due to an O2 event happening two hours prior. Despite this, they were still accepting online bookings for just 15 minutes later. It was chaotic.

Booked a table for 7pm. When we arrived the bar was full of people waiting for tables who had walked in. We were told it would be at least 30 mins to be sat. Defeats the object of booking. Didn’t hang around.

Initially they indicated (again), that they did have my booking...happens a lot with OpenTable bookings sadly, until I showed the confirmation on my mobile. We were seated fairly quickly, though there was a queue. Our waitress was very friendly, however I think she was simply over worked as it was packed. We had to ask for wine a few times and water and extra drinks, but the food was very tasty. Unfortunately we all came out smelling like a kitchen, felt sorry for those sitting next to us in the O2, but a nice evening Speisekarte ansehen

Save yourself the trouble! We made a reservation through opentable upon our arrival, only to be told by the manager that we should have called instead of booking online. Despite receiving a confirmation, it was not processed by the head office. What's the use of confirming a reservation if it's not actually confirmed? There was a long line of people outside experiencing the same issue. Their customer service was lacking and their organization was poor. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the quality of the food as we never had the chance to eat.

The only reason I gave this restaurant 1 star for anything was because you don 't offer zero stars as an option. We were greeted by someone who couldn 't raise interest, let alone a smile (we had a booking it 's not like we were trying to queue). Shown to a table and left. 15 minutes later we grabbed a waitress and asked how we could order drinks/food. 30 minutes after that the starters arrived (nachos not overly complicated), and before we 'd finished them the main course arrived and the 'waiter ' dumped these on the table! I 've not had worse service anywhere before, the food was very average in quality and the price was ridiculous. I never write negative reviews, I always look for a posit...

Not a bad place for a pre gig meal. Shame about the front of house staff. I'd booked a table but got stuck in train delays and gig crowds so arrived exactly 15 minutes late. However, the table was booked so we asked to be seated only to be told we were late and couldn't have our table for at least half an hour. They said they only allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, at which point I reminded them I had arrived at exactly 15 minutes past the hour and it was only the fact that they'd spent so long telling me I was late that the time had clicked over to 16 minutes past the hour.
