"5 stars deserved. Exceptional ice cream, classic and refined flavours. All flavors and all cones are 100% gluten-free, including granitas, milkshakes, fruit and vegan flavours. The only ice cream containing gluten is closed in a small refrigerator separate from the counter (these are ice cream biscuits, and are clearly indicated by an ear of corn on the blackboard). Therefore the place is safe and suitable for celiacs, and has been part of the Aic circuit for years. A round of applause to the staff at the counter, prepared, friendly, informed and welcoming. The best in Pisa. This ice cream parlor offers gluten-free and lactose-free ice creams, which is why we went to discover it.
