Ho trovato il posto grazie alle tantissime recensioni positive online, e quindi ho voluto provare anche perché non mi sembrava il solito ristorante giapponese. Non è un ristorante interamente vegano, ma la proprietaria è super disponibile per accontentare tutti. In questo caso ho ordinato dei soba con tofu fritto e dei friggitelli e melanzane come contorno. Non posso che consigliare questo locale a tutti, se volete mangiare i veri piatti della tradizione giapponese.

Una rarità in Italia, figuriamoci a Perugia. Un autentico ristorante di cucina tradizionale giapponese che, per di più, offre diverse opzioni vegane ed è sempre ben disposto a veganizzare il resto del menù, soprattutto se prenotate con uno o due giorni di anticipo e gli dite che siete vegani. Cucina autentica che solo chi è stato un Giappone conosce già. Dimenticate gli pseudo ristoranti giapponesi a gestione cinese. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Il ristorante non è chiuso, come erroneamente detto in una recensione precedente, ma è apertissimo. Non sono nemmeno in ferie per ferragosto
