"Don 't bother! The attitude on the staff is absolutely disgusting, The food also dreadful My partner paid an extra £1 for cheese on a burger which they forgot and when he told a waitress she brought out a plate of two freezing plastic looking slices on a plate and dumped them down, The kitchen staff also shouted here go and take him his two slices of cheese which everyone heard, His burger wasn 't cooked through and my gammon had a slight tang He didn 't eat any of his burger and the waitresses seemed more keen on going for cigarettes and gossiping, As we left we left full plates nobody asked if there was a problem, All the waitresses were sat around a table and went silent as we passed them and then giggled as we moved passed them! Mother 's Day was an absolute disgrace with dessert being served as we ate our mains and we 're told to hurry up! Both times we didn 't speak up as we knew we would have a ear full Tables were filthy aswell. We won 't be back!!!"

"Booked a table for 20 people 6 weeks ago for yesterday night (Saturday 14th), I was contacted several times Friday night to sort out preorders for 20 people whilst I was in work (why this couldn’t have been mentioned when I booked I don’t know), only to turn up with the full party last night with balloons and a cake for the restaurant to be closed due to electrical fault, despite having my contact details I hadn’t been made aware of this issue. Luckily we were able to fit into another restaurant and the night wasn’t ruined. Me and my boyfriend used to visit regularly but after the poor customer service we’ve received we won’t be visiting again any time soon."

"First of all I got sausage and mash with GRAVY and peas and when I got It I was going to ask where my sausages are but I realised they where buried under 2 pounds of gravy which didn’t taste that good and they asked ‘ Do you want some more gravy?’ I looked at my plate and back at her and said ‘ No thanks’ anyway my family member got cod with extra plastic on it. So we bought some garlic bread but it came with no garlic and the chips were burnt. At the end we told the manager about the plastic and all they said was’ we are so sorry the (only) cook didn’t have his glasses on’ so he didn’t see the burnt chips, garlic bread with no garlic, how much gravy he put on and to top it off he didn’t see the plastic and most importantly it was my aunts birthday. I would love to do a 0.1 star review but you can’t do that"

"One of my favourite places to go for breakfast. Service is always great with very friendly staff. Breakfast is cooked fresh and as a result there can be a bit of a wait for food during busy periods, but it’s definitely worth it. Lovely atmosphere and very reasonably priced Peppers is never overcrowded but never weirdly empty."

"Having visited Billas several times over recent months we've yet again had a beautiful meal this evening. As it was a warm evening we opted to sit outside which was a welcome change. We were greeted and served by Chris who was very attentive and friendly, after telling us about their new range of cocktails my partner opted to try the Pina Colada (and loved it! . We decided to skip starters and jump straight into the mains, we had the Penne Amatriciana and the Risotto Funghi, both of which were delicious, as well as some sides to share (The potatoes are delicious . We always feel very welcome and well looked after at Billas, we've left with full bellies and a smile on our faces and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billas to friends and family. Thanks!"
