Golden Mill - Speisekarte

No other choice of eating venue in village and our hotel, next door, allowed us to bring in a take away. It was great and really good value.

Have had several orders from this restaurant. Excellent choice, food always well cooked. Chips are very good as well. Can thoroughly recommend.

Impressed with how the menu clearly displays items for people with allergies. Did not eat here in the end as all food is cooked together which defeats the object of highlighting the allergen items due to cross contamination. Not worth the risk of being made very poorly for days.

Having always enjoyed the food I can’t say how disappointed I was that despite saying very clearly we wanted no meat and fish and asking for no egg in the fried rice our first order was totally wrong including a meat dish and the replacement vermicelli noodles still had chicken in didn’t do the 10 min drive again just threw in the bin. Never use again

It's been a while since I had a take away from here. So had to rectify that.A basic sweet n sour pork balls with egg fried rice.Decent quality. Fair portion size.The lady taking the orders was pleasant and helpful.It's cash only at this take away.Nothing negative to say about this place.Nothing to write home about either.Would recommend and certainly use again. Tried this chinese as our regular one had closed. Glad we did...slightly more expensive £30 for 2 of us, 3 starters, 2 rice 2 chow meins)but will happily use again. Lovely thick gravy, crunchy spring rolls, could use a little more chicken in the chow mein. Very busy for 5.15pm, must have seen 8 customers with orders. That speaks for itself. Very clean. Cash only.

Ordered a collection whilst on holiday in the area. Second attempt as on our first try we found out they only take cash so had to go elsewhere. Told collection would be 15 mins, on arrival food piping hot. Had a selection of roast duck and pork, salt and pepper chicken, orange chicken, singapore noodles and special fried rice. All dishes were lovely apart from the rice alongside the usual shrimp, chicken and roast pork there was bacon which wasn't cooked properly. Overall not bad however bit pricey compared to other choices 5 mins down the road in Skegness.

We had to visit here on Saturday as my local was too busy to take orders. Felt it was a little over priced for what you get in comparison. £6-7 more than my local within Skegness for the same order.Gave them an hour for the collection and order still wasn't ready when arrived and had to wait a further 15 minutes, despite her saying it would be 40 minutes maximum. We spent £21 and didn't get prawn crackers and the chow mein was just over half full and tasted full of pepper. Woman behind the counter was nice taking our order. I would return here, but it wouldn't be my go-to Chinese. If you can visit Skegness, there are some better and cheaper ones. Still however, not a bad Chinese for the more... Speisekarte ansehen
