"Small restaurant that makes the customer feel at home. The place, a little too cold (I recommend turning on the air conditioner before the customers arrive), holds about ten people inside and has an elegant open kitchen. The chef in the dining room, very kind and professional, as well as all the staff, offers dishes with very original combinations, but in our opinion he does not reach excellence at all with the first courses: the scialatielli with cream of red onions, lemon and bacon had several critical issues such as the almost total absence of bacon and the flavor of the onions not up to what we expected from the strong flavor of the Tropea onions. However, the flavor of the spaghetti all 'assassina was authentic, although it was excessively salty. Moving on to the second courses, the cheek in its cooking sauce with mashed potatoes was very good, as was the appetizer that started the ball rolling (maritozzo with artichokes and cheese and pepper sauce with a perfect balance of flavours). Note of merit to the choice of wines and, finally, applause and top marks for the dessert: combining the olives and rosemary with the ricotta mousse is a very good idea, which gives the palate a dance of flavors between sweet and savory that we enjoyed it very much."

small old green place with home atmosphere. you can see cooking your dishes, gorea, chef owner, affable and available. we arrived 15 minutes from the evening closing and made us come in and cooked for us. prepared dishes with goto and attention with delicious flavors. normal costs. Piccolo ristorante con splendida cucina a vista, piatti curatissimi sia nell'esecuzione che nell'impiattamento, con rivisitazione in chiave moderna di alcuni classici della cucina Italiana (e non solo, ad esempio consiglio gli ottimi Bao al pulled pork! . Ambiente informale e accogliente. Veramente una bella scoperta! Ci tornerò volentieri!

Una sorpresa positiva! Prenotato perché cercavamo un locale nuovo con cucina chef a Monteverde, ci siamo fidati delle recensioni dei clienti ed abbiamo fatto bene! Gnocchi, spaghetti risottati alla barbabietola con formaggio di capra, vitello per secondo e tortino al cioccolato come dessert. Tutto squisito e complimenti allo chef per questa gemma preziosa di locale a Monteverde

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo Bistrot nel cuore di Monteverde dove ho avuto la fortuna di immergermi nella passione dello chef Andrea Golino, il contatto diretto la dedizione ed il calore che si percepisce sono ciò che mi ricollega al significato di Ristorazione. Ho mangiato humus di ceci , bun di gamberi , polpette di bollito , ceviche di croastacei e semifreddo al caffè. Piatti puliti in tutti i sensi.. e non banali! Da provare...
