Got Beef - Speisekarte

To be honest I am not a big fan of burgers but this place is fantastic. You can tell the quality of the beef but last time had chicken which was also amazing. You have to try the halumi fries as well.

Not happy. Only taking cash but when I produced an nhs discount card after I paid to be told “it’s too late!!” why can’t you just put your hand in the till and give me 20% back?? Rubbish service. Hope the burger lives up to the hype!!

If you're in the mood for a burger, this is the place for you. Great menu, including a variety of sides. Nice simple seating and friendly staff. Couldnt ask for more really. I particularly recommend the burger with the marmite butter...nom! Speisekarte ansehen

We’ve been here before and thought the burgers were good but never rushed back. Ordered a takeaway through Uber eats last night and was v disappointed to have paid £11+ each for a shriveled mushy veg burger on soggy bread and a tiny portion of chips that tasted like stale oil.

Food was nice. Room was very smoky. No atmosphere. Not comfortable. Waitress and kitchen staff not wearing masks or visors. Kitchen staff not wearing hair nets. Cash only, surely would be better for contactless due to coronavirus. Not a pleasant experience, shame as food was nice. Will not be rushing back.

Disgusting food, absolute rip off. £30 for One veggie burger and one chicken burger both soggy, cold and flavourless. Ordered chips and coleslaw sides chips of which there was a handful were cold oven chips, coleslaw I have no words it looked like it had been sat there for days and was a brown colour. Wales Online has this as the best burger in Cardiff so I have been waiting a while to try it. I was not disappointed in any way. Quick, friendly service, all social distancing measures in place and wow, what a tasty burger! Cooked to perfection; so juicy and moist with an absolutely amazing flavour. I didn’t want it to end. From the beginning of the visit I was told cash-only, even though I had rang 10 minutes prior to book a table (I wasn’t told then) so I to leave the restaurant to get cash. I then had to go the counter to order, where the girl stood about 3-4m away so that I had to shout my order. I then had to hand the cash over, sit down for 2 minutes, as I sat down the girl who had taken my order went into the kitchen and began laughing with the other waitress. It may have been completely unrelated to us but made me feel awkward.
