Although the restaurant is only offering self-service and delivery options at the moment, the food quality is excellent and the portion sizes for fries are generous.

The restaurant has a very accommodating and friendly staff that served delicious meals. Although a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning.

During our trip to London, we stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant with incredible staff who were polite, friendly, and helpful. We ordered American-style cheeseburgers, onion rings, and milkshakes, which were all delicious. We wish there was a branch closer to us in Scotland.

Very poor service, Very rude. Wait for 40 min for a take away nothing. they are not organised. No apologies and when I did cancel my order they went to slow motion and took 10 min to cancel my order and refund my payment. Rubbish service not going there again. I wrote to the company no replay.

Went to visit London over the weekend and I had been raving about the `bruswick Centre to the family after a previous visit I made there. This was one of 2 places I ate in the last time I was there so we dropped in again. The burgers are really nice and there is a great selection of offerings. One top tip is the skinny fries are really skinny and are more like matchsticks, I found they cooled off really quickly and preferred the sweet potato fries. I went for a satay chicken burger which was not bad, I would have preferred the chicken to be a bit more moist. 5 of us dined at Gourmet Burger Kitchen on Saturday lunchtime. We were seated at the large table at the back of the restaurant and was served by an extremely pleasant and hospitable waitress. We all ordered a mixture of burgers, fries and sides. Everything arrived packed full of flavour and beautifully presented. My sweet potato fries with the garlic dip were lush! The majority of our party ordered skinny fries but they were just a little too “skinny” and next time would opt for something else. Where do we start ? Our whole experience was awful and that 's half an understatement. When we walked in, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be noticed by the waiters (who were staring at us the entire time). Then one of them told us to take a seat at one of the tables (still filled with trash, plates and everything from the last customers). We received the menu and that was it. After more than 20 minutes, our table still hadn 't been cleaned, and no sign of a waiter. One of us caught someone from staff to ask to get our table cleaned. I was craving sweet potato fries and GBK is one of the few places that do it. Tuesday evening busy, but there were still tables available. Nice atmosphere. I was surprised at how friendly and nice the staff were. Efficient. Despite there just being two of them at the front, very good. As you can guess, burgers are the star of the show. Good choice for those who follow a vegan diet too. I am watching my pennies so went with the cheap option of the classic vegan burger which consisted of a handmade pan-fried bean patty, vegan mayo, relish and salad. I had sweet potato fries with it.
