Graduates - Speisekarte

We had an excellent meal today. All made by the students and served by them. But at no time did we feel that the food or service was copromised by them being students. Well done we will certainly book again.

A group of us were at Graduates restaurant tonight for out work Christmas meal. The food was outstanding, and the service attentive. Excellent value for money. Three courses for £13.95. Would highly recommend.

We went to this restaurant for Christmas lunch for the first time and it definitely won't be our last. Everything was delightful, the young staff were very friendly and the food was fabulous. Be sure to make a reservation as it is very popular. Speisekarte ansehen

I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends and was really impressed. The quality of the food was exceptional. We ordered venison, trout, monkfish, guinea fowl, parfait, and chocolate pudding, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning again in the future.

7 of us went for the evening meal which was really good. The onion tart for starter was absolutely gorgeous! Duck main good but needed a little more sauce. Cheese board with home made biscuits was nice. The staff are professional service is good. A great little restaurant, we will be back

Had no idea what to expect at our first visit to Graduates last night. Wow! Great menu, top notch cooking and great service all at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you to all the trainee chefs for the technically difficult dishes you served, the modern presentation, and the care and attention you took with the ingredients. I brought six friends to this restaurant for a meal. Everyone was impressed with the high quality and variety of the food. The staff were all exceptional in their service and attentiveness. Everyone agreed that they would definitely come back when in the area, and wished they had a restaurant like Graduates in their own area. Overall, we give a rating of 10 out of 10 for everything.

Another fab meal in this restaurant. The full experience was very good, service, ambiance, menu etc. the food was delicious well cooked, the only problem was trying to choose what to have, as there was some tempting choices. I had a bit of a compromise with the hubby, we had 2 different starters 2 different mains, so we got to try 4 dishes, all of which I would recommend. Hopefully we will be back in September when the new term starts

Graduates Restaurant is where the catering students at the Lakes College practice their newly learned skills on real customers. They change the menu each month. We try to go once a month and it is truly exciting to watch the students grow in confidence. The menu usually has something like a couple of starters, three mains, and three puddings; (nearer Christmas they do a very popular carvery). The wine and beer menu is pretty much the same over the year but very good. The Restaurant doesn't play safe, and if you talk to the students you realise that over the month they probably try several ways in which to cook the particular dish on the menu.
