Today was my first visit to The Green Man and I was impressed by the fantastic service provided by Emma and the delicious food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Decided on the spur of the moment to go out for a meal and we like the Greene King menu. We were served by Kellie and Emma who were very attentive, polite and friendly. Food was good quality and good price, as always. Speisekarte ansehen

We had such a lovely afternoon, we had visited a couple weeks ago and thought this venue was great. After today, we are thoroughly pleased, the food was even better than last time and exceeded our expectations! Special mention for Emma and RoseMary, really great...

Would give 6 stars if I could. Emma was so welcoming and so friendly with our puppy. This is the perfect pub to bring your dog. Food was great, people were so nice, friendly atmosphere, couldn't recommend more. First time I've eve seen dog ice cream, which was a nice touch.

I went to The Green Man for a quick drink with friends. The staff were so friendly, especially Rose-Marie who I found out is having her head shaved for MacMillan, what an amazing thing to do. The Landlady was always on hand for support of her Team which you don’t often see in local pubs. Will definitely be back Speisekarte ansehen

I recently visited The Green Man where Emma provided us with exceptional service. The food was fantastic and I will definitely be returning soon. Although I usually only stop in for a quick drink, I decided to try some food this time. The meal was delicious and the service was top-notch. Looking forward to my next visit.

My family and I visited the Green Man on a sunny Saturday and had a fantastic experience. Ordering food at the bar was a breeze, with friendly staff assisting us. We were informed that there might be a slight delay, but our food came out quickly and was delicious. We had a table picnic and everything was served piping hot. Despite the Chef being on a break, the bar staff still took care of us by serving my daughter ice cream for dessert. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was great, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be returning for more visits in the future.

Really disappointing. Booked a meal for Fathers Day, arrived early for our table which was ready bar was busy but restaurant was quiet. Ordered our food and waited nearly an hour, we asked where our food was, with 2 young children it was far too long to wait. Children’s food was then brought with a ‘sorry for the delay’ we then waited another 15/20 mins for the adults food, by which time children had finished. Food was ok. Such a shame when we had been looking forward to a nice family meal. It would have been a nice gesture to offer a drink or something but nothing was done by the venue. On the way out Emma asked us to leave a trip advisor review…!! Maybe not the best idea given our very poo... Speisekarte ansehen
