A super restaurant, recommended by our daughter. Excellent food, good wine great service. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a Lamb dish which didn 't taste like lamb. The ingredients were fine but the 'lamb ' seemed to be unlamb. Lamb has a very distinct taste. This just tasted of meat. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent we were looking for a new takeaway in the area and this one did not disappoint. One of the few times I've had a curry and felt nourished afterwards. Really high quality dishes, great range of vegetarian options, and would definitely go back.

Ordered biryani and saag paneer via uber. Delivery came in 45 mins but food was warm. Food was fresh but very bland in taste. Everything lacked salt and other seasoning. Biryani i wouldn’t called biryani, it’s more of pulov. Saag Paneer paneer was soft and fresh.

We were a group of 20 people and were served very well at this restaurant. The cuisine is unique compared to typical Indian restaurants. It is a highly popular spot. We had Ghurka’s cater for our event and they were wonderful! Highly recommend everyone at the party commented on how delicious the food was. Bal’s communication was so helpful throughout. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and there was so much food! Would recommend without hesitation!!

I ordered food at this Indian. I was told it would be 20 min . 45 min later food was ready . Only living 1 min away the time I opened my food a few minutes later . It was cold . Food tasted disgusting. Whilst in the restaurant I was asking if I could have my chicken dish very mild . He was explaining that is wasn't possible as they take it out the fridge and put it in the microwave pre seasoned , in that split second he corrected him self to micro oven . Food tasted like it was definitely microwaved . I certainly won't be eating here again avoid avoid avoid !!!

This long-standing restaurant on Sydenham Road stays true to its roots and is truly a gem! I have dined here 3/4 times now with different friends and family members, and we always leave feeling satisfied. The food is consistently of a high standard, and the service, especially from Pavi, is warm and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make you feel special, and her smile is the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional dining experience. The ambience instantly transports me back to the authentic Indian restaurants of the past: pristine white linen, rich decor, attentive professional staff, and delicious cuisine.
