"I didn’t realise that the restaurant was having a refurb, so we were sat in what seems like a little cafe downstairs. I had booked it for my daughters birthday as been before and it’s been fantastic, but being downstairs in this tiny space with no atmosphere wasn’t what I had hoped for. Also my daughter has a peanut allergy, the waitress gave us a leaflet to look at for the allergies, but it was all a bit manky, and there needed to be more confidence with the staff dealing with the allergy."

the food was so good and the staff where so beautiful in any case went back here, it was for my mother birthday and she, where everything so beautiful, the restaurant was clean and so well organized

We were sat at a table by an open window away from other tables, table service was by servers wearing face coverings, we felt very safe (regarding covid19). The food was quickly prepared, hot delicious. Easy ordering payment. Thank you.

Service was good, staff was nice. The only issue was my daughter dropped her drink by mistake and one the did not look happy to clean up the mess and two did not replace the drink. If you are paying higher rate prices you expect these basic things.

a more popular place to eat, judge by the queues on a table. with view of bournemouth sand. eat and decor good. I had only the OAP meal that included a pudding. I know they were busy, but I had to go to the counter three times to ask where my pudding was. **** as everything went so well.

my friend I used the offer “Club 60”, which was delicious and very good. fish chips with a cuppa a puddle all for £9.99 (we both added mushy baptism for an extra £1) it was a small part than the regular size but perfect for us. all well cooked served quickly with a fantastic view to enjoy. highly recommended.

Really lovely meal and service today Only downside despite pre booking for 1300 was to have to queue outside in the rain with people who had NOT ore booked a table. why not have a sign above outside door for people who have ore booked to proceed inside and make them selves known to your reception staff ? Big thank you to all your wonderful staff for a great time

Didn't realise when we booked that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. There is a small indoor eating area on the prom. The service was excellent, very attentive and made us all feel very welcome. The food was good and served quickly. The over 60s offer is good value but a little on the small side. Not a problem as I normally finish of my wife's (younger and much more attractive) after I have finished mine. Definitely be returning.
