"The restaurant experience was very disappointing. I had booked a menu that included steak, chicken, and ribs, but only the chicken was available. There were limited options for drinks, with only a choice of coke or J20, and we were restricted to one drink each. The staff were complaining about their working hours and lack of breaks, which was not pleasant to hear. Other diners also had complaints about the food, desserts, and dirty crockery and glasses. I even saw a staff member cleaning tables while standing on the seating, without wiping it down afterwards. Overall, it was not a good dining experience."

came today to the harvester for dinner and had catie served us, they gave amazing service and went beyond and beyond. the food was great too! I am definitiw back.

after a hard work of a day with a colleague, fantastic service from the young lady cassey! really happy and friendly and super service with a smile. made the visit really much better. eating. I had a ribbed steak that was perfectly cooked and a tasty bite went down. I'm happy to eat here again.

My wife and I had an amazing evening meal a few weeks ago. Just remembered we hadn't posted our review. Lovely staff, especially our waitress whose name I forget but is an Asian lady possibly Thai. She was so helpful and professional. The burgers, free...salad bar and desserts were all delicious. It will be nice when the free salad bar no longer has the old school Covid system of a poor frazzled waiter having to run around getting everything for you and we can go back to serving ourselves.
