Absolutely amazing visit again the place never seen such amazing customer service thank you so much to our amazing waitress Jade thank you

Jackie was excellent. Came out for lunch and it was lovely, speedy service and great food. We were seated right away and ordered within ten minutes !

Very average and mediocre service. You can revamp a place but if you continue dishing up average to poor food and average service the revamp wasn't worth it. Dirty fries don't bother Glass of wine with lipstick (not mine) Glass of water warm glass equals warm water Music too loud Pea's mushroom (half) and tomato (half) why bother terrible Wrap looked anaemic and unappealing Salad bar not as good as it use to be.. I'd like to personally thank the manager Chantell for organising my dad's 51st birthday. Despite the circumstances of a pandemic, she made it very special and appointed an excellent waiter for us called Gary! Gary was absolutely attentive (despite having a lot of other tables to attend to), he gave us exceptional customer service and assisted us with our every request! Chantell and Gary are an amazing asset to the company and truly understand the value of customer service! Thank you for making my father's 51st birthday memorable!

We ate at this Harvester as the other one to us was unfortunately busy and now we know why this was easy to book, the service was appalling. So offered unlimited salad, but allowed up once and although asked to go again, still waiting. Unlimited drink, yep still waiting for that, asked for bill, yep hang on so we waited. And alas we were not only ones, table next to us asked for a napkin and waited and when asked again it was actually in a drawer right next to server. The actual food was good but badly let down by service so on tonight’s performance if you got time to kill would recommend if not then go to Harvester at The George

Booked breakfast at the Harvester for this morning, to take advantage of the EOTHO government scheme. We checked in were shown to our table. We all reviewed our order options our waiter then came over to take our orders. Our waitress then came over with the cutlery condiments asked us to follow her to the breakfast bar area where we could then choose from the good choice of cereals, yogurts toppings. Our waitress also took our toast order brought this to our table with a selection of jams. 2 of us had the unlimited breakfast drinks, 1 ordered the classic breakfast 1 had eggs Benedict. Went here for a birthday meal, we hadn't booked in advance, however, we were seated straight away. I told the waitress I had a voucher for a birthday meal and she said it was fine, just to order what we wanted off the menu and the cheapest meal would be free. Sophie, our waitress was both friendly and chatty, which made for a pleasant change. We both liked the fact that she found time to talk to us. Our meals were both hot and tasty, Sophie did a call back and wished me a happy birthday and also enquired as to whether I was having a good day. We booked for dinner via the app which was very easy to do. Arrived greeted by James, who checked our car in, explained the protocol for the salad bar, then showed us to our table. We ordered drinks then were invited by our waiter to the salad bar. Our waiter put the salad you wanted into your bowl, then took it to our table. He also asked if you wanted rolls brought these to the table too. An excellent practice to comply with the Covid safety measures. Onto mains. 2 of us opted for the 3 course festive menu 2 of us went for the 2 course festive menu. Starters chosen were the cheesy mushrooms buttermilk chicken. Both dishes were lovely. We arrived at the Harvester early for our 2030 booking. The man greeting us at the door gave us a run down of the current COVID related procedures to follow and were then shown to our table . We sat down and waited at least half hour , while a server literally sped past us to all other tables to attend to their requests . It felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. In the end my Dad got up to speak to one of the staff we had noticed that they were clearing things away from the salad buffet.Eventually, a friendly server came by and apologised for the lack of service , and promptly took our orders and sent for another server to escort us to the salad bar.
