Excellent restaurant! A magnificent experience; there's nothing missing for the third star. Very warm and very well decorated frame. Staff at the top. Very inventive cuisine, many subtleties in the blends of flavor. Special mention to foie gras that is served in a smoked eel broth with a citrus condiment and wagyu beef in 3 variants as a net, tartare and asian fondue.
