"Il truciolo is about 15 km outside Bologna. For this reason I think that they have never seen a tourist eating there. Consequently, they have to keep high quality standards to attract customers. The restaurant has a genuine and vintage atmosphere. We ate starters and pasta. Everything was very tasty, I liked polenta with egg and black truffle and gramigna with salsiccia. I will go back there and eventually bring friends. There is no menu, the boss comes and tells you the dishes of the day. You do not know the price, but again it garantees you that you will eat only daily prepared dishes. A bit expensive, however, you will find the same prices in the city center of Bologna."

"Trattoria come dovrebbe essere una vera trattoria, i primi sono qualcosa fuori dal comune, porzioni piu che abbondanti per il prezzo , noi abbiamo preso tagliatella al ragu di prosciutto e passatello in brodo. Secondi! Se vieni qui non puoi non mangiare le rane il loro cavallo di battaglia, io le preferisco in umido invece che fritte, ma sono comunque una droga. E per finire? Fiordilatte! Intero! Eh ma non lo finisci! Non importa, lo porto a casa . Posto fantastico, da provare assolutamente almeno una volta!"

"We happened upon this great restaurant by chance and we're so happy we did! You'll need a car to get there, as it's past Bentivoglio, on the main road, about 30 minutes from Bologna. We went for lunch and the place was packed. But it's huge, so there's enough room for everyone. And despite the large number of people, service was fast and efficient. Our waiter, Osvaldo, was very friendly and professional. Food was delicious and portions were huge! They cater to workmen and lorry drivers too. We had a schiacciata to start with crunchy pizza dough with salt and rosemary. A starter wasn't really needed as our pasta mains were very generous. I had the spaghetti allo scoglio spaghetti with seafood). As you can see in the pics, the portion was huge and packed with seafood, all super tasty and fresh. I did struggle to finish it, but I managed, eventually! Oh yes, and I forgot the main thing. My huge main was only €10!!!! I would rate this place a 10 if I could."

"Per quanto attiene la location , il locale seppur di ridotte dimensione è abbastanza accogliente ed il personale davvero educato e gentile.Si trova in centro nel comune di Minerbio , sotto la cornice dei porticati ove è possibile pranzare anche all'esterno proprio sotto i portici.Il pranzo di lavoro si è composto di orecchiette al ragù e scarmoza affumicata , di secondo tagliata , acqua vino della casa , pane e caffè.La pasta fatta in casa è il top , mi è piaciuta molto.La tagliata è veramente ottima e consigliata , qualità della carne eccellente , saporita che si scioglie in bocca ed anche il contorno di patate ottime.Anche il pane e le focaccine presenti nella cestina sono molto buone.I tempi di attesa nella media.Unica nota negativa (che preclude il come votazione finale) il forte odore di olio e fritto proveniente dalla cucina quando si utilizza il bagno ad essa adiacente.Per il resto nulla da eccepire , veramente un ottimo posto dove pranzare per mia esperienza personale.Ci son già stato due volte e ci ritornerò sicuramente quando sarò nei paraggi !!!"
