"We have been using this restaurant since we moved to the area in 2019. The menu which has changed recently in my opinion is awful. They have taken away lots of the menu items, rearranged the menu in the weirdest headings but most of all the food quality has dropped massively. It’s time to find a new Chinese restaurant to deliver some better food with a more regular and standard menu. What a shame that it has gone so down hill."

All the dishes tasted identical and were overly sweet. The rice was uncomfortably soft, like rice pudding. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I'm glad my food came before the food recycling bin was collected because that;s where it all ended up. Cold and tasted nasty. Worst I've had. Money down the drain. Avoid!

Unfortunately the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. 90% went in the bin. Just really poor quality. I had the Kung po chicken and special fried rice. There was plenty of it, but it just wasn’t edible. Speisekarte ansehen

This was my first time trying Hot Woks, and I ordered through Uber Eats. It was a terrible experience - everything was cold and extremely salty. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

After a friend recommended it, I decided to give this restaurant a try. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly. I think some of the recent negative reviews were unwarranted. I would definitely recommend this place.

Meant to place an order with a different Hot Wok but placed an order here by accident. The people were lovely in dealing with this mix-up and were very understanding of our situation. Will definitely order next time to make up for it!! Thank you! Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered No2. platter mixed. The food was very well packaged and was lovely apart from the S/S sauce which was acidic/vinegary (very). The 2nd item 27a shred chilli beef was lovely. The delivery driver a mature gentleman was adorable and very professional. Other than the sauce Excellent treat Thankyou.

“0” Stars This has to be one of the worst Chinese takeaways, ever! We threw most of the food away after one bite. Their Crispy Chili Beef was an odd colour of red and very hard to eat. Squid, which I adore, was unrecognisable and inedible. We paid over £50 for this rubbish. Deliveroo were quick but avoid ordering from this place at all costs.
