In our recent travels from Umbria down to the heel of Puglia, we found a gem of restaurant in the middle of a small towns. The chef with its inventive fresh fish recipes stood out as one one of the best in our travels. The service was cordial and friendly, the ambiance warm and the good simply delicious.
