Waitress was lovely and marked what I could eat, no pasta or pizza options but lovely sea food options, very safe, moderately priced. Not very many options around this area.

The allergens are marked with numbers on the menu. Informed staff of the allergy and they marked the safe ones (with an X in the photos). Language barrier made it hard to explain, but felt fine after.

A beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Allergens are marked on the menu. The only gluten free meal on the menu was fish of the day. I liked that option. It was served with delicious roasted potatoes.

an surprise to find gf options when considering most places are closed for December. the owner was so friendly and welcoming. a case is gf with foccia, pizza and la farinata, which is made from pea flour. it was delicious! he roasted it so it was warm and a bit crispy. Speisekarte ansehen

my partner and i shared the “polpette” as a forst course and they were so good, very very well seasoned! then i had the pesto (made with rice sheese) and my partner had the bolognese lasagna and they were both very very good. totally recommend! the owner is also very kind

This was fabulous!! They keep the gf things separate from the gluten and they’re so so good. It’s a little tricky to find gf in Cinque Terre so we went here a few times and loved it. (Also great if you have a travel companion who eats gluten). Try the farinata with pesto (naturally gf), torta riso, and focaccia!!

not many gluten-free options. the most important safe choice is the often baked fish of the day, thunfish or whistle and salat naturally. they have gluten-free cracker, individually packed instead of brot. they took care of my meal and honestly, that is a coastal city so that they should eat the fresh local fish at all!
