"The quality of the cooking was excellent, ingredients were clearly of high quality and we both enjoyed our meals which were of two courses each. There were no vegetarian options, but as I eat fish, occasionally, there was still some choice for me. Prices of starters, we felt, were quite high. I asked for no prosciutto with the mozzarella starter, and I think it had just been removed from the plate. There was certainly no reduction in price or attempt to include an additional ingredient. Service was attentive."

We came to Impronta with high expectations and while the ambience and service were both excellent the food was good. On the expensive side, so for me I expected that the food is exceptional

We found the restaurant to be quite pretty in a lovely part of Venice. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I recommend this to all.

This place was a hidden jewel. A beautiful fusion of traditional Venus meals with a modern intake. Everything we ate was amazing... could not have found a better place to eat! It was a new experience for us.

Very good food, reasonable but not too friendly service and the ambience of a standard international/modern/fusion restaurant that one can find anywhere in the world from Kuala Lumpur to London. There is absolutely nothing of Venezia in this whole experience…apart from very modest splashes of squid ink here and there.
