Great service, hard working guys that are friendly and helpful, food portions are quite large and really tasty would recommend

Terrible experience, I paid 32 pounds for two curries and one of them was the wrong dish. The lamb bhuna had no spice at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food is delicious, plentiful and on the cheaper side, the staff are unbelievably friendly. Even without taking into account how small and impoverished Shirebrook is, Indigo is undoubtedly the best place in town

After reading all the good reviews We ordered and was due to be delivered 17:30 It arrived at 20:00. The Onion barges were small. The lamb was tough. There were several hard pieces in the meal,dont know what they were . We left the meal. Will not use this place again. Worst Indian I have ever had

We ordered a takeaway for 4 on an early Friday evening. The delivery was late but the food was warm enough but of very poor quality. The butter chicken and Chicken Makhani were full of very red sauce and very little else. Both the lamb curries tasted as if the chef had forgotten to put any spices in. The paneer saag dish contained hardly any paneer and the raita was tasteless. The naans insufficiently baked and had the texture of cardboard. in short the worst Indian takeaway it has ever been my misfortune to order. Everything was excellent! The food, service, ambiance, and hospitality were all top-notch. Our group of 9 (made up of 2 families) was very well taken care of - the staff suggested that the kids share dishes due to the large portions, all the food came out together, and our glasses were never empty. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive, and took his time to ensure our order was correct. I tend to find issues with everything, but there were none here. As for the food, it was the best Indian cuisine I have ever experienced. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The naans were huge and tasted perfect. Beautiful food, atmosphere, and customer service. They go above and beyond to make the experience amazing. The food was piping hot and the flavours were amazing. We had meat samosas and a spicy and plain naan for starters with the dips and they were all amazing. We then ordered the lamb tikka masala and chicken tikka, I asked for the lamb tikka masala to have more spice and they did that for us. They were checking if we were okay and needed anything regularly and were always available to help. Beautiful place, really clean, lovely atmosphere. The people who run Indigo are the friendliest people you will meet. Nothing is too much trouble and they will adapt their cooking to suit your palate with the spices, sauces etc. Food was outstanding, absolutely delicious! Daughter had 2 poppadoms and a pickle tray for starter and a vegan paneer masala with boiled rice for her main meal. Hubby and I had the dine in special at £14.50 for 2 courses and a poppadom each.
