"My husband and I went with the idea of eating the dishes of the traditional menu found online (from Google), we also read from some reviews that were not accepted bookings, as soon as the outside tables were all full, they then proposed a table inside or upstairs, telling us only that upstairs they would not have served pizzas or soups. Arrived on we scanned the QR code to see the menu and there appeared that of the Innovation, different from the traditional one served downstairs and seen online. So we asked the waiter if we could order the dishes of the menu downstairs, and the waiter confirmed it, saying that both menus were available but the innovative served more special and gourmet dishes (so obviously more expensive). It would have been more correct to know from the moment of this possibility to choose between the two menus, other customers did not know of the possibility to order also from the traditional menu and they discovered it from us. That said, we can only positively assess the experience we have experienced, excellent quality food, fresh fish and care in the planting. We have ordered and divided 1 sauté of seafood, 1 cartoccio of linguine to the seafood, 1 fried of shrimps and squid, 1 mixed tiramisu, 1 bottle of Falanghina and 1 bottle of water, total 86€. Very refined and elegant environment, ideal for a romantic dinner, excellent and attentive service."

Great professionals and excellent quality! Innovative is a great concept. Top quality menu and ingredients. Felicetti single-grain paccheri with king crab are 10 and praise. Excellent wine card. Not the last attention to details... Really good!

The spaghetto with great curls, felt the taste of the sea. Personally, the idea of tyramisu did not make me mad, but it was still very good the taste of cream. Careful room staff and sommelier. Livelli top della ristorazione napoletana e italiana. Tutto squisito. Zuppa di cozze da fine del mondo con estrema freschezza di tutto io pesce cucinato. Frittura perfetta. Locale molto bello e curato, bellissime le diverse cucine tutte a vista. Nota di merito alla pulizia de locale. Unica cosa che mi è piaciuta un po’ meno e il servizio dei camerieri attento a veloce si ma forse anche troppo veloce e frettoloso nel togliere i piatti appema finisci l’ ultimo boccone. Comunque ristorante che consiglio a tutti gli amanti del pesce e del mangiar bene.

Diciamo che le recensioni parlano chiaro: qui si mangia veramente bene anche se con prezzi di fascia medio alta. Giustificano il tutto la qualità delle materie prime e le porzioni generose. Non è possibile prenotare e per un tavolo si potrebbe fare la fila. Due cucine a vista sulla strada lavorano in continuazione per garantire celerità nel servizio, reso impeccabile da camerieri formali e molto gentili. Nulla di improvvisato. Un grazie alla nostra gentile Valeria che sempre con il sorriso si districava tra tutti i commensali. Di sicuro ci ritornerò.

Era da tempo che volevo provare! Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti (pesce davvero freschissimo) un primo (paccheri all’astice) e tre secondi (due “cuopp’ ed un fritto di gamberi e calamari) ottimo il primo e davvero ben fatti i fritti!! Tutto accompagnato da 2 bottiglie di vino e termitato con un dolce (delizia superlativa) e tre amari. Spesa: 191€. Prezzo comprensibile, considerando la qualità ed il servizio! Forse avrei sperato in porzioni leggermente più abbondanti… ma perché io sono un goloso!! Davvero pulito il bagno, con presente una signora per le pulizie e l’ordine. Uno dei locali più rinomati di Napoli e solo chi lo prova può capire il vero motivo di tanta notorietà. Locale ben curato con personale professionale e attento al cliente. Di sicuro quì bisogna mangiare assolutamente a basa di pesce. Abbiamo preso come primi, uno spaghetto a vongole, con un sugetto da leccarsi i baffi, e paccheri con all'astice. Due piatti veramente gustosi, non solo per il pesce squisito, anche per la buona pasta e per l'eccellente cottura. Come secondo abbimo preso la famosa Zuppa di Cozze, un'esperienza mistica! Un trionfo di pescato del giorno freschissimissimoo gustato in compagnia di amici e colleghi di Cosmlab azienda di cosmesi per conto terzi, capitanati dal suo Presidente Marco Esposito che ci ha portati nello storico ristorante al centro di Napoli, A Figlia D'o Marenaro dal 1936. "Rustic and delicious food served with a smile in a buzzy local atmosphere. We discovered this spot at the back of the municipal market and we knew we were on to a winner. Despite my awful Italian, the lady of the house greeted us with a smile and told us the English were welcome. She pointed out to me that we should order from Enzo at the counter and then we sat down to one of the most memorable meals during our stay in Naples. There wasn't a menu, no waiters were fussing over us and no pretence was made. Locals came in calling hellos to their friends and to the staff behind the counter. We couldn't quite understand but they seemed to be asking for what they fancied or what was fresh. For our daughter a pasta baked in tomato sauce topped with a smoked cheese that was delicious. For us a baked fish and the braised octopus accompanied with a couple of vegetables. The food was banging and we washed it down with lashings of cold red wine from an unmarked bottle. This is a proper Italian cantina, serving fresh local produce covered in lashings of olive oil. It was a challenge even as experienced food tourists to understand what was going on but it was a brilliant experience. Thank you so much to the team here for the kind welcome and patience. A meal we remember with fondness for years to come. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to our 5 year old daughter who loved the experience. They served her half portions and went out of their way to make her feel welcome."
