This is my favourite local Chinese. Nice people, tasty food

Ordered a few deliveries always delivered early or on time and always hit and good quality food. Our go to Chinese takeaway now since Hakasan closed.

Avoid at all costs. TERRIBLE CHINESE. Over priced, order always wrong, when you try to solve the issue the customer service is awful. Food not even nice, will never use this Chinese ever again!!

Egg fried rice had just two small pieces of egg. Chicken balls were sodden with oil and were really horrible to eat. Other items we ordered were also really poor standard. Won’t be ordering again.

Had special fried rice and curry sauce. Rice just plain boiled rice..very little sauce to flavour it and minimal meat n prawns. Bland and tasteless. Was ready 1 min after i ordered so wasnt confident it would be fresh n tasty. Also price charged was more than the price displayed in window. Will look for another Chinese after this poor experience.

Not worth any star’s. Wait 2hrs for food and when they get here they only try the back gate, so take the food back to the restaurant. Didn’t have the intelligence to walk around to the front of the house and knock the door! Rang them and the cocky little girl on the phone was blaming us and that if we wanted the food we would either have to pick up or pay £3 delivery again. Will never use them again, absolutely disgusting service. Shame on you!!!!

Been a loyal customer for 20 years! Imagine my daughters 10 th birthday no lettuce rolls turned up .. called up they resent them with no lettuce . Rang back up after 1.5 hrs to be told by Wayne who works there I need to understand problems my little girl had no food whilst I rang for a refund to be told ok we’ll collect all the food how unbelievably shocking!!! And to be charged a extra £2.30 for there mix up! After tonight jade garden you have lost a hood handful of customers all from having the wrong staff.. and ruining my little ones cinema family night with a Chibese

I have been a loyal customer of Jade Garden for many years. Although I live far from Pontyclun, I make it a point to visit my hometown once a month and always order Chinese food from Jade Garden. However, I recently had a disappointing experience when I visited Jade Garden after not going there for a couple of months. The food I ordered was tasteless and not enjoyable, and the beef was not cooked properly. The chow mein was dry and lacked flavor. The only good part of the meal was the prawn crackers. Unfortunately, this negative experience has deterred me from returning to Jade Garden in the future, even though I had praised it for years. It seems that something has changed, possibly new own...

We use this Chinese as it has such great vegan options. But to be honest we will have to find somewhere else. It’s a shame but the customer service is simply awful. We had a meal delivered for the family a couple of months ago and our vegan dish had bits of fried egg through it. We rang straight away but it was too late to have another delivered and my husband just made himself a sandwich while the rest of the family enjoyed a Chinese meal. They said they would put a note on my account to have a free meal next time we order. We ordered yesterday and asked for the free meal but they said there was no record of it as all accounts are wiped clear after a month and more or less said I was fibbin...
