Great to see the team at Jade back! All covid 19 recommendations are being followed, lots of hand sanitiser, separate entrance /exit, spacing between tables. Food was great.

Came there to have some lunch, they had a variety of food choice, staff was nice and friendly, had to go in to order and had to wait in the queue for a bit It was good value for money

Came here yesterday whilst on a walk with friends. We have been here before and now always choose to come! I can recommend the naughty hot chocolate and the scones are fantastic but the menu has a lot of choice! Thanks again.

Visited the jade tearoom yesterday the food was excellent however the server was NOT wearing a facemask or gloves!!!! During these difficult times you would think that the owner would insist on their servers wearing facemasks and gloves during any contact with their customers they would get a five score for the food but a zero score for the servers

Went to Jades Tea Room for the first time. I ordered a tea and the waitress picked up the tea bag with her fingers and placed it in my cup. Post Covid 1, I imagined a more hygienic approach such as sanitising in front of me or use tongs to pick out the tea bag. I have no idea if her hands were washed or whether she had sterilised?? We visited Jade for the first time yesterday since lockdown and I have to say how impressed I was with the covid organisation! Staff all wearing visors, best till/counter screen I have seen anywhere, lots of hand sanotiser, good one way system (though not 'idiot ' proof, obviously there 's always someone that ignores the clear instructions). Food was great, service extremely pleasant and friendly, what more can I say except welcome back Jade

Love riding to Jade's tea room those who work there are always happy and friendly with natural warmth. They are on the ball with COVID safety as spotless inside and out plenty of sanitizer stations. There cakes are just to gorgeous. I tried there new winter warmer hot chocolate with gingerbread men cream and cinnamon spot on now it's getting cooler. I've been to loads of cafes on bike rides but this is always the best, best for food and drink, best for location as it's in a stunning village and best for service as they make you feel welcome

I have used this tea room on a regular basis for a while and was very happy to hear it had opened back up, staff are friendly and food is lovely, but i am very dissapointed that on my visit today 10/8 /20 that all staff were wearing some sort of facecovering other than the person serving behind the counter, this is one of the first people you encounter and they should be giving you the confidence that the correct covid hygiene procedure's are being followed, i under stand there is a screen but this person serving had made our drinks and sliced my cake up with out there mouth or nose being covered whilst talking ....... stricter rules for staff behind the counter should be followed !!!!!
