"The more I go to restaurants, the more I feel that the staff are as important, possibly more so than the food.Tonight the staff were engaging, amusing and happy to speak English if you wanted them to. This is an excellent example of a poolside restaurant with an Asian flavour in a 5* hotel. Even the piped music was engaging. "Vintage" tinned sardines were the delicious surprise of the evening; we were assured that the weren't vintage because they had swum a long way before they reached the tin! For the main course we had perfectly cooked tandoori chicken and the lamb cutlets which were accompanied by three sauces, one of which was the only disappointment of the evening - the coriander was tasteless or perhaps worse. Sadly none of these were very spicy; it would be god if one of them was stronger - I know this is not to the French taste but the hotel has lots of North European clients.The dessert, a crème brûlée, was a triumph.So a splendid evening. Highly recommended but not for those on a budget!!"

upon our arrival we were welcomed to perfection. The service was impeccable, the succulent dishes at a rather reasonable price when we know the prices of the French Riviera.In addition the wine list and the team's advice were on top.We went to italia and the team even made a list of restaurants not to be missed in the san remo region while offering us a beautiful basket of fruit. we were three young people (25 years old) and it is quite rare to be welcomed even in hotels of this standing (royal Riviera). Anyway, to do and do again!

In addition to the beautiful setting, we enjoyed the quality of the staff and especially the girl who served us: professional, smiling, fresh and natural. A look is enough for someone to come to see if we need anything. Quite rare for it to be reported! meat is a pure wonder and, if the prices had a little surprise at the base, one can say, that once the plates arrived, they are completely justified. A tiny flat on the chocolate mousse that would deserve a little more spices to be original, there it is just classic (although copier and successful.)
