Very average quality of dishes, the röstis lacked taste. Pretty quick service though and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Quite nice brasserie-style setting. Price a little expensive considering the quality offered. It's a shame because without that the address would have been very interesting.

The waiter with the red t-shirt staff is super dynamic and full of good mood, it's appreciable! the wide choice makes a little scary, home dishes are rare. damage to a restaurant next to the cathedral to serve frozen torch pies. small flat also on the salad sauce that is super strong. the map in English and German is convenient for tourists. Suite à refus de nous servir dans un restaurant voisin, nous voici arrivés dans cet établissement. Une carte plutôt diversifiée pour les plats et très variées pour les boissons…un peu moins pour les desserts. Cependant, une écoute attentive et personnalisée par le personnel afin de répondre aux différentes demandes particulières (type vinaigrette sans sucre pour une personne diabétique). L’ensemble du repas a été correct et les mets proposés sont plutôt locaux. Nous vous conseillons l’île flottante qui est énorme et a un coût réduit, à savoir 5€… Une brasserie bien sympathique au cœur de Colmar, et un service au top. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour une halte déjeuner.

Terrasse sur laquelle je suis allé avec des amis pour boire un verre lors d'une visite de Colmar et nous avons été plus que déçu. Attente de 30min pour que l'on vienne prendre votre commande, puis attente de 45min pour la recevoir sachant qu'il y a 4 serveuses qui sont venues pour prendre notre commande. Lorsque la commande est enfin arrivée, un de mes amis demande s'il y a possibilité de prendre quelque chose à manger et la serveuse lui répond négativement alors que 10min plus tard nous avons vu les serveuses passer avec des pâtisseries pour d'autres clients. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout de plus les serveuses ne sont absolument pas souriante et à la limit de l'agressivité
