"My family of three made a spontaneous decision to try out Kaspa's in St Helens for the first time. We arrived and were seated at a table promptly. We placed our order at 7:51pm. The restaurant was moderately busy, with around 5 other tables occupied and plenty more available. My milkshake arrived at the table at 8:08pm and was delicious. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about the status of our order. The response I received was not what I expected, as I was told, "What do you expect, we are not a fast food outlet." I mentioned that having an estimated wait time would have been helpful in deciding whether to order or not, but was simply told, "This is normal for a Saturday evening." Eventually, the other two items we ordered arrived, with an apology for the delay. It would have been more preferable if all three items were brought out together or if we were informed of the delay when the first item was delivered. Unfortunately, the excellent taste of the food was overshadowed by the poor service."

Went yesterday and met such a nice lady behind the counter she was very polite, happy helpful (maybe the manger? . She seemed the one in charge anyway. Ice cream came very quickly too. Wasn’t very busy.

If it wasn't for the food this place would of got a 0. We went at around 8/9pm at night, the place wasn't busy at all but we was waiting for food over one hour!? It is literally just desert what takes so long!

Visited this for first time weekend before last , great service and family all happy withe crepes. Not bad prices. Only issue big group teenagers being loud but they were asked to leave by the staff eventually.

In St Helens everything is going to be a bit odd. But its just very basic desserts. Icecream in a glass or a greasy cookie dough. I have been twice and I will not be going again. It is not enjoyable or quality food. Speisekarte ansehen

On a lovely hot day we thought we would go to Kaspa's as a treat! Over priced, slow service. Waited nearly an hour for our drinks which came two at a time, the kids had finished their drinks before we got ours. then a further...

Mixed report here staff seemed helpful at check out, but we were led to a dirty table by the greeter. Who didn't seem the least bit interested. We were also given dirty menus. Bad enough in normal times but with Covid going on ?...

Went to the toilet before leaving.faeces all over toilet bowl, pee on seat.tissue and dust all over floor.sink dusty and dirty.looked like it had never been cleaned.surely they should be checked and cleaned every hour.wont eat here again.waffle was claggy. Speisekarte ansehen

I’m a regular customer and each time the wait for food has been taking longer and longer and tonight is the last straw. It’s a quiet Sunday night and the place is virtually empty yet we’re sat waiting for over an hour for food. 7 members of staff all trying their best to look busy. Won’t be visiting the St. Helens branch again anytime soon, disappointed

So it was the big family outing to the panto. 12 of us got round one of the big booths. Cool decor. Good friendly service. Food was great. I had the hazelnut sundae with ferrero rocher in. Wifey went for pancake. Loads of the kids had cookie dough couldn't finish them ! Nephew had the bubbleicious which looked full of e numbers. He loved it. Two downsides loos need some attention. And the sundaes look bigger on the menu pics. But the food was fantastic. Really enjoyed our visit thanks.
