Kokoro - Speisekarte

This was the best meal I've ever had. It was where I first tried Katsura curry and it is the absolute best! Even to this day, it's better than Wagamama's.

My daughter brought me to this restaurant where I had Korean fried chicken with rice that was so filling I couldn't finish it. We also tried the seaweed salad which was really delicious. I would definitely come back again.

Kokoro is a great spot to stop for a quick snack or meal while on the move. Their onigiri is delicious and fresh, making for a satisfying and healthy lunch option. They also offer a variety of beverages and hot dishes to choose from. Speisekarte ansehen

I’ve ate here many times over the years and it has always been lovely. My favourite is the spicy veg stir fry with rice.. I need the recipe for this! Staff have always been friendly the chef is clearly very good at cooking. Will definitely be back.

This place is great! I come here whenever I'm in the city centre for a social event, about once a week. The food is great (the regular portions are big enough for me), the staff are all super friendly and attentive, and upstairs is pretty much always quiet and chilled out. A little sanctuary in the city. Thanks!

The service was so bad. I asked for a poke with my friends and I got one terrible poke with a lot wasabi. I didn’t ask wasabi and it was impossible to eat. someone put a lot in my poke. I asked to change and the manage told me I had to pay for another other. She didn’t solve anything. I couldn’t eat. It was very bad . Speisekarte ansehen

Me and my friend decided to try Kokoro and while it might not be the most authentic Asian food we both found it tasty, we tried the katsu and the sweet chilli chicken, a dragon roll and a portion of gyoza. Everything was tasty and fresh, service was quick and polite, portion are HUGE ! Every chicken and rice portion can easily be shared between two. I will definitely return for more

A few dozen of these in the South, but only 3 in the North (others are Glasgow and Leeds), so I'm lucky to be pretty close to one of them because I particularly like their Large Mix Match with Sweet Chilli Chicken and Katsu Curry, and while the rice could be better, I overall appreciated how filling my order was for its price. Though be wary of its upstairs seating, as it looks like even the staff hardly go up there, either, so it's much better to approach this place as a takeaway than a restaurant, which I did the second time.

Food was absolutely amazing, service stellar. Best sushi I've had, better than any big chain I've been to. Rice was insanely soft and the tuna onigiri was to die for. Cannot comment on their hot food as we didn't have any (other than some delicious takoyaki), but they served other customers quickly and it looked amazing. Sat outside, but they have indoor seating upstairs. Excellent value for money went back in and bought another sushi roll to have later. 100% recommended. Disappointed that we were only visiting the city for a day or we'd eat here every day. Speisekarte ansehen
