Krebs - Speisekarte

I have been waiting there for dinner with my father and his girlfriend. We have ordered fondue that was really good. But the bread was still frozen and I really didn't like the brownie ate the end. A part of that, it was ok!

Spent an entire evening on arrival to interlaken at the Terrace. Lovely relaxing time. Food was good, we had fondue and a chicken dish. Service was a little forgetful but friendly enough that they got a way with it Good standards overall.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Krebs, the cheese fondue was the best we had our entire trip in Switzerland. Included with the cheese fondue were potatoes, bread, Chili Peppers, Pears, and Pickles at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and environment was nice. We stopped off at Krebs for a quick drink and snack and were pleasantly surprised by the range of smoothies & frappes on top of the usual drinks. The coconut smoothly we ordered was very tasty and the BTL was nicely made; a good size and tasty.We were served promptly, our order was delivered in good time and service was attentive.

Meine Frau und ich haben während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel zweimal in den Restaurants (2) gegessen. Beim ersten Mal probierten wir ein echtes Schweizer Fondue, beim zweiten Mal a la Carte, weil uns das Fondue so gut geschmeckt hat. Wir waren mit allen vier Mahlzeiten zufrieden und auch mit dem Service, der einige Kritik hervorgerufen hat. Empfohlen.

schrecklicher kalter Service, keine Liebe im Essen. habe das Fondue probiert. harte Soda-Kekse für das Brot. Ich hatte ein Rösti und es war ein schlampiges Durcheinander. Das Personal war unhöflich. außer dem asiatischen Mädchen, das neu zu sein schien und eine gute kleine Kellnerin war. Die Schweizer/Deutschen waren unhöflich und ignorant und taten so, als ob es ihnen egal wäre, ob wir da sind. Das Essen ist für das, was man bekommt, überteuert. Speisekarte ansehen

Spent 2 nights with my wife. We love Interlaken and have spent many nights in different hotels and camping as well.The Krebs is probably the most over rated. There is nothing clearly negative about it but it it's expensive for what it is.Rooms giving on the main street (Bahnoffstrasse) are very noisy, specially by a warm summer night with windows open. The food at the resto is just ok, nothing special. The waiter serving us became far too familiar and had misplaced comments.Basically nothing really wrong about the place but it's not worth the 360.- chf we paid per night.....

Breakfast ..there was a lot of choice, but would have liked hot plates for the hot food that was provided - all the plates were cold, although the coffee cups were kept on an electric warming shelf!We stayed in the hotel for dinner one evening, to eat fondue and rhosti with veal. However, the rhosti was cold but served on a hot plate. This was changed when we asked if this was the way the meal should be served, but it did mean that we did not eat together which was a shame. Wine was expensive and only 10cl in the glass. The service was good, but there were only a few people in the restaurant, and no one on the outside terrace. Wandering around Interlaken looking for a place for lunch, we came across the Terrace Restaurant at the Krebs hotel. The menu outside looked typical Swiss with some world variants and basic staples. When we got inside the menu had an insert for 2 lunch specials which both looked attractive to my mom and I. She chose the lamb entrecote while I opted for the cod. The lunch specials were both 20 francs and came with a small salad and a coffee. Since we had beer with our food we asked to have the salad first, then the entre, and then our coffee at the end.
