Best Japanese restaurant in Bilbao when it opened a few years ago. We used to be regular clients. Quality of service is not what used to be. Some dishes need a new twist. Quality and presentation of dishes is good but not top notch as years ago. I would like to see other dishes from the Japanese cuisine being offered including some hot plates. I will summarize my disappointment, after a few years as a regular customer. 1-They offer, without asking, as a supplement to the tasting menu 2 options: an oyster, (saying that there were no more) or wayu. We did not ask for it, nor did we understand it. 2-When asking for explanations of the agreed menu, they told us There are not many dishes, you will finish the menu in 45 minutes, you will not be filled .
