"One of the few restaurants in the Vosges to offer a vegan option. I took the melon lawyer tartar. I personally did not find the association of the dish very happy and, taken alone, much too light in quantity. I think pizza or vegetarian burger can probably be adapted for vegans but it's not specified on the map. Nothing proposed that is vegan in desserts. Beyond that the restaurant is pleasant just like the staff. I still put 4 stars for the effort to put some vegan things on the map but hardly make better especially in 2023..."
