First the place, rather small but decorated with taste and sobriety. Then the kitchen: inventive (delicious mackerel in entrance, in particular) and original. do not hesitate to test the lunch menu at 38 euros that let the chefs give free course to their imagination. Correct and friendly service. A very nice surprise so!

We visited Paris and sampled many fine culinary establishments including 3 star Michelin restaurants. Pertinence served better food than other higher rated restaurants! The ambiance was intimate and tranquil. The husband and wife chefs took the time to explain their preparation and styles. The best we had during our stay.

a perfectly executed kitchen, cooking, flavors. the size of a more intimate, less-guided gourmet restaurant. a real happiness for lovers of beautiful cuisine, a chef who comes out of his kitchen and is happy to present his dishes with a sincere smile. we have chosen the tasting menu and we are allowed to guide with the perfect wine and snack agreement. When you pay €162 to two, without dessert because after two hours it starts to take a long time, you're entitled to wait for something else.In the plate, it can go, no more, but still it must happen to you. And now the unit of measure is half an hour. And then, once it's finished, the empty (and dirty) plate remains there until the small needle has done a lot of times the turn of the dial. Still a lot of work before the service matches the prices.

We were really looking forward to our lunch here and the greeting did not disappoint . My wife and I had champagne to start with and above average white chardonnays and a languedoc red with our meal.The only truly outstanding dish was a pollock served with daikon and cauliflower.The dish that was off was a way beef that was served at room temperature. The interpretation of tiramisu was a good ending. We really wanted to like this more since it's 5 minutes from our apartment

I just returned from a few days in Paris and eating at Pertinence was by far our gastronomic highlight. Recommended by our hotel concierge, Pertinence was PERFECT in every way. This tiny restaurant is a jewel. It is owned by a young husband and wife team who are so creative and professional. Every single course was a work of art and so tasty as well. The decor and service was also first class. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Paris. I want to personally thank the owners again for such a fun and delicious experience. We arrived at the very beginning of service. therefore, we did not wait. It must be said that there are just two people in the kitchen: the two chefs and one person at the service. Everyone does their work with maximum concentration and optimal kindness. The meal was delicious, inventive and the very generous portions.We chose a red ridge that was perfect and at a very correct price. I must add that we were sensitive to the fact that our desserts, which we had decided to share, were served in two times: that is, in half-wear on individual plates. obviously simplified things and gave a much more festive side. In conclusion: to be recommended warmly.

pretty Zen decor, tables quite spaced, noisy. expensive on the map -20 euros the tomato salad - it is up to us to ask the menu of the day because we are not offered. Moreover an entry, a dish, a dessert, no choice at all. set without relief and in small quantity. only poultry is tender to wish. the wines with glass range from 8 to 18 euros, we are offered 3 , orally , without giving us the prices : we discover at the addition that the glass of Saint joseph is at 15 euros, or 30 euros for 2, about 20 cl . we should probably have taken the cheapest bottle at 30 euros ! good taste, it's not just decor and good press, it's also not taking its customers for milk .vaches!

do not come to the improviser because the room is very small (nine tables only.) however it is worth booking, we can guarantee it! The decor is very sleek, all in white and wood. in the center of the room a glass circle on the ground allows to see the cellar (and to the head to go down if necessary during the service.) the staff is reduced to its minimum: two heads and one server. Very warm welcome, one of the two chefs even came to say hello. We were the first, we didn't wait for a start of the meal even if the end was a little long.
