Amazing restaurant we booked last minute we were visiting Lincoln as we were on the way to Mablethorpe but the floods halted us overnight it wasn't our first time here but the food and service is absolutely top drawer.

Found this small cafe by chance one lunch time, was so impressed with the quality of the food and service, returned the next week in the evening dont under estimate it as a cafe/bistro it is up there with the best Italian restaurants i have visited Speisekarte ansehen

We had a night in Lincoln with friends for my wife's birthday and I did some research in where to eat. The ratings this venue gets made me look and decide to book, we weren't dissapointed. They are only licensed until 7pm so the bill was kept well down by bring your own wine for a small corkage fee. The welcome, service and food were excellent and I would not hesitate to return o recommend.

Just brilliant, warm welcome and superb food . As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed and within moments seated and given 5 star service. The team are so friendly and accommodating and it just has the best atmosphere. . service attentive without being intrusive. The food was brilliant . I cannot rate more highly . "Last Friday, I celebrated my 70th birthday with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The menu offered a wide variety of appealing options, making it difficult to choose, but when the meals arrived, they were excellent. And the desserts... wow! The owner and his staff were incredibly friendly and allowed my daughter to decorate our table with confetti, banners, and balloons. The young lady who served us even brought out a cake with candles, adding a special touch to the celebration. This is a genuine Italian restaurant, with outstanding food and service. I highly recommend it!"

"when we arrived, there was a 15 min waiting for a table for 4 people. that in my head was a good thing, and what can I say, but I was right. I go out for dinner and give a 5-star rating without being a bit generous, but in this case I don't have to be generous. this is really a 5-star evaluation site. the price is reasonable and this is reflected in the size of the drank. large but not too large and very fillable. the selection was good overall for lunch and tea and coffee selection was then expected to be bigger. simply note that no alcohol is served here, but is not needed, as the environment is excellent and the ethos of the caffe supports. eating was great and the selection of meat and vegan food was good. the face of the children on the sight of the child afternoon was one of the excitement, especially when you see the size of the cake. the burgerpatties were thin, but wide, homemade, like all food, cooked in a juicy juicy condition. the nuggets were diceed chicken pieces so quality from the beginning, batter was slightly spiced and cooked for perfection. not greasy or soggy or too much for the meat. best nuggets I've ever had. if they like cake and coffee, this is also the place for them with the sizes of the cake portions they will take a few home, and it is worth it. as they can say, we really enjoyed eating and put in a place that is modern with a classic touch that I felt relaxed and that eating fits the venue."

"A real hidden gem! I was recommended this restaurant by a blogger on Instagram and I am SO glad that we managed to fit dinner here on our trip to Lincoln. The food is exceptional we had the arancini balls, tempura beans, chicken burger and cheese burger all were full of flavour and a little bit special. The service was faultless and extremely efficient the wait staff seemed to take it in turns to rotate round the tables constantly so we were well tended to throughout. They were so welcoming and warm too. Finally, the ambiance is chilled, low key but classy. You need to go!!"

"a wonderful discovery in a magnificent location opposite the majesty of the lincoln cathedrale with eating and service to fit. for beginners enjoyed my wife the very extraordinary pan seared king scallops with ham knuckle compression, vanilla drunk grapes, baked hazelnuts, pickled bark) while for me the wood pigeon with pork cracks, golden rosin cries, beetroot, black berries, jus) was an absolute mouth. for the main I went for gressingham duck breast confit ente bein, braided kartoffel, pickled beet, brombeere puree) and my other half enjoyed the braised beef with chive kartoffels, pot roast root vegetables, meerrettich, red wine jus). the presentation and taste were simply culinary arts of a standard rare found in the majority of restaurants in lincoln. we both shared the cinnamon poached pear for dessert with mandelfrangipane, brombeer sorbet, white chocolate), which is a nicely balanced conclusion to a gourmet standard menu. eaten in restaurants both here in the united kingdom of the king and in france, which contain a relatiw local Michelin starting facility) I must say that the green room is on a level with these. the atmosphere was relaxed and the service of nigella our waitress was both thoughtful and attentive to the needs of the customer. I encourage you all foods to pay a visit to this jewel of a restaurant."
