"we went to the shoemaking between young people with the ambition to take a drink and share a convivial moment. So we arrive, the first, at 5 o'clock, while the boss opens the bar; This one tells us that he won't be able to serve us before 20 minutes the time to install everything, then disappear, so we settle. the boss, going back there to install his chairs, does not hesitate to make a remark moved to one of us (to whom it was possible to say "that we would need other chairs than those...", and in front of our general misunderstanding, it thought it was good to add to justify "because it is big" without the slightest discomfort or the least excuse of course, while every time we try to interpel it (on 3 occasions anyway) we have the right to:1/ avoidance bypassing the whole bar to not pass through the terrace in front of our table (and incidentally take our order)2/ the answer "yes I come", before going to see it: wash of glass, service and papotage with the other customers..3/ and when we end up to see it Happyly 50 meters later, we found much better, in a small bar café called the royal, where the bosses were able to give us a smile with their kindness and dedication (to tell how much, we have spent a good part of the afternoon, and there are even returned a second time at the end of the day.) to the royal:- the consumptions are barely 1€ more expensive than to the shoemaker- (compared to 8:00 at the shoe. Knowing that when we came, they would only open at 5:00 p.m.) then think about it! In short, all this to say, dear boss of the shoemaking, if we will not enter into your target clientele, although young students well under all reports, do not hesitate to let us know kindly rather than to make us pear for nothing. Don't worry, we will certainly never come back, and of course we will not recommend you and advise you, to anyone wishing to spend a simple good evening, or share a good time around a drink: friends, families, students, colleagues, knowledge, and internet users."

I had a good night at this restaurant. authentic atmosphere. the products are fresh, the wine is really of very good quality. I recommend the banana for dessert. it is located in a pleasant area.

Nice small restaurant on a quiet street. Friendly and professional staff, they managed to find a table for us for lunch though they are normally fully booked even on Monday. I recommend to rake the menu of the day, Wine list is not long, but carefully selected. Speisekarte ansehen

Enjoyed our meal. The entrecote steak was favourful with one at our table of 5 complaining it was a little sinewy. The menu was not extensive but good for meat lovers. We were told by the dedicated chef that he personally knows the people from every vineyard that supplies his wine list.Had a good meal at this quaint restaurant that seats 26.

We had been here 10 years ago, so made this our last meal in Paris. We were lucky to get the chef’s table and loved seeing the ingredients, the chef’s amazing skills, and all the final dishes. What aromas! We’ve eaten all over the world and this is one of our favorite restaurants! The veal with mushroom sauce was my favorite. We also loved the petite ravioli appetizer. The wine (Bordeaux) perfectly paired. Gems like this restaurant are hard to find. Thank you Chef!
