best food we have eaten on venice! that was amazing and we order a risotto with sweet and cheese that was spectacular! I highly recommend this place.

elegant ambiente. excellent service with a great sense for humor and love to detail. amuse bouche should die. we had sea bass and salmon, both were delicious and cooked for perfection.

very disappointed staff who set up the tables, looked at me and my man like to go away while we were waiting to go in. they did not sit down, we felt discriminated. we have gone to an end.

I stayed in the hotel and decided to check out the restaurant while I was there. I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the chef sent out a little canapé in between courses. The waiting staff could not have been more than attentive. Their passion was a great addition to the experience. The food was lovely. I had the beef and it was cooked to perfection. Would definitely return!

We didn't stay here while in Venice, but came a couple of times for drinks. It was the perfect location for afternoon Aperol's. Both times we were able to get a table directly on the canal side. Perfect location for people watching and seeing the boats going by. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reasonably priced for Venice too. Will definitely stop by here when next in Venice.

Ristorante La Cupola Venezia This is an excellent choice fo a restaurant which is housed in the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal. Meal at for lunch and dinner from 11 a. m. 10 p. m. I had the Medaglioni di Tonno Pinna Gialla in di erbe ai sapiri Mediterranei which is Yellow Fin Tuna Medallions in Herbs Crust with Mediterranean Flavors. The food was excellent and the service was awesome. the food was delivered in a timely fashion. The waiter was courteous and most helpful.

We stayed at the hotel Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal and we booked dinner for our first day. We had dinner at the restaurant La Cupola and had a wonderful evening. The food was amazing, especially the dessert (we had pannacotta). The service was also impeccable; waiters were very helpful and quick. They gave us a warm welcome and made sure we were comfortable. A special thanks to Filippo who we met, chatted with and helped us during our dine. We can 't wait to dine here again!

We stayed at the hotel and were truly surprised at the elegance and first class service in the restaurant. The chef there is top rate and created wonderful dishes as well as twists on traditional fare. The seafood soup is not a soup as you may know it, but a combination of local seafood, whole pieces of fish and shrimp, surrounded by a flavorful broth. I wish I could tell you in words how enticing this dish was. The cannelloni were filled with a delicious soft and rich mixture and covered in a light, not overpowering sauce. Mixed experience but generally good. I went with my fiancé and we ate on the rooftop. The views are great and the live music was good too. Crowed was mixed, some were very casual and some more formal. For the amount you pay, the service should be much better. The menu was not up to date so there were only two options for starters when the menu and about 8. There was a long wait to even take the order and serve our drinks. We weren’t given any bread until they brought out the starters and that was after a 45 minute wait. My food was excellent, I had octopus and beef for main. My fiancé’s food wasn’t as good. She had soup for starter and a ravioli for main and she was given only 4 ravioli on t...
