La Flambee - Speisekarte

Very busy Saturday night mix of locals and tourists stopping over. Great atmosphere and good French food. We enjoyed snails, crevette, pizzas, d'angou and the seafood risotto. The rum baba was very special!! Have visited before and will return again.

One thing is sure, they have best culinary in the world. Every small village every town and city is full with exclusive restaurants and la flambee is not exceptional. This time I had only lunch but already from it you get the idea how good...is this place. I will come back for dinner, soon. Ps. They have foie gras to go. Very good quality (goose liver)!!!!

We noticed this place when having a puncture repaired nearby and decided to give it a try. My wife is more adventurous than I am, trying a king prawn kebab As usual I reverted to my safe bet and had a pizza. Both of us...enjoyed what we had. Mine was the best pizza I have had in a long time. The staff were very friendly and appreciated (I hope) that we tried with our poor French.

We've frequented this lovely restaurant each year for the last 7 or 8 years when visiting family in the Tournous area and always enjoy the food. Next to a motel/hotel it can get busy in the summer and this July we had to wait over...an hour from being seated at our table to placing our order and a simple two course meal taking well over three hours, which lessened the experience for us.

Dogs welcome (2 Beagles), efficient waiter service. Pretty busy Sunday evening. The kitchen is in the restaurant area so you can see what is cooking. We ordered Magret de canard, it was grilled over open fire and came with a jacket potato and some vine...tomatoes. Good flavours and double the size of what we had in other places. The total cost including a pichet Rosé and crème brûlée as désert was €54. A really pleasant evening.

On our way to buy wine in Clesse my son and I stopped for lunch based solely on the Trip Advisor review. What a splendid restaurant! Charming welcoming people really good food and a lovely open terrace with fresh air coming into the body of...the restaurant through large slid black doors. I had the house special pizza which had creme fraise on it and my boy had a splendid burger which made him happy (and me a bad parent). It came to 32 euros with drinks and tip. Not cheap but wonderful to these travellers.

the service was terrible and rude, especially our blonde waitress, she threw in the ground our glasses weeping and dishes on the table and forgetting the basic rules of courtesy. we were never served like that! that was not delicious. the salmon was boiled. a white asparagus was undercooked and a green asparagus burned black. the rice was dry and tasteless. the dessert was an equally great disappointment, bland and not delicious at all. the only good is the music inside. don't waste your money at this place.

two of us are on Thursday evening in la flambée. they might have had 20 other diners, a nice relaxed atmosphere. we could have a table quite close to the open cheminée so that the cook could see during the work before the feu de bois. After we had a 4-course menu in front of North France in the evening, we both chose a simple grilled gammon steak. it was really well presented and cost an amazing 11€, accompanied by a 50cl pichet of red côtes du rhône at 9.80€, it was a fairly cheap night! service as ever was attentive and professional, parking easy. everything in all a very pleasant opportunity.

we have this restaurant and the associated motel for many years as stop on the way to and from other france. Previously it was so good with high-quality food at a fair price in a pleasant environment. our recent visit was completely spoiled by the maitre d while he was brutal at a previous visit, this time he took rest to a new level. we arrived 5 minutes early for our 19:30 booking, presented us and held the conversation in French. the star turned around his best oliver payton thin vagrant saw his nasen impression and naked they follow me on us. we had hardly moved before he decided to run an animated discussion with the cook that we stand like lemons before he repeated his curt statement a...
