Ich wagte mich noch einmal in dieses Restaurant, das mich bereits begeistert hatte... Der Empfang ist immer sehr freundlich, sogar familiär, und trotz meiner späten Ankunft wurde ich ohne andere an einem Tisch untergebracht. Als ich auf der Karte ein paar Fragen stellte, Mir wurde gesagt, dass es die neue Speisekarte sei; und dass es gerade erst angebracht worden war! Ich habe mich nüchtern für das „b“-Fleisch entschieden. Ich fand das Gericht sehr appetitlich und die Präsentation war einwandfrei. Fleisch war zart und schmelzend. Die überarbeitete Seite des Wellington bestand im Wesentlichen aus einer Trennung der verschiedenen Zutaten, aber der Geschmack ist da! Bref, die hervorragende Leis...
