this beach restaurant and beach seats were absolutely fantastic! very good eating and wonderful nice staff. we ate there many days and we enjoyed it a lot of michel!

Zen-concept beach club a short walk from Calvi. The mood is chill, the food is good but not necessarily based on local recipes, think more cesar salad and cheeseburger. The beach makes up for it

we were on the campsite near and wanted to have a romantic evening on the beach. we landed in la licorna: diner on the beach with a species candelight. very good food and good wine. we came back next night

The food and service was first class, one of the best steaks I've had was here and it was cooked to perfection, great views as well of Calvi and the bay, worth going to in an evening for views of the town harbour illuminated...in the distance.

this is one of the most beautiful beach restaurants in calvi, modern bali inspired decoration and Mediterranean Asian fusion cuisine. the food was excellent, but the service a little unattended. they were friendly, but chatting a lot at the bar so that they wave to get their attention. on the higher side to praise, especially for the drinks, but eating and the location makes it worth it. I would go back.

A lovely evening spent at La Licorne. Ambience delightful with fabulous views of Calvi. The portions were far too large and all a bit fried . The Gambas tempura were whole prawns in their shell with a heavy batter. The fillet steak was excellent with a...lovely light Teriyaki dip. Live jazz on the beach was very enjoyable. The mozzarella and the cod were again over battered and fried. The waitress was charming!

Spending 72 hours on this beach was a dream, very good staff, friendly and willing to go the extra step, have to mention Paul he is great and spoke English, rare for France. Food very nice and the kitchen was willing to make a vegetarian...dish for my partner that was not on the menu. Veni, vidi, vici. Will be back for sure. Thank you La Licorne for 72 hours relax time. Btw take the boat from Nice to Ile Rousse and the train to Calvi and you will La Licorne.

We had looked for this beach restaurants in the evening a couple of times after reading reviews so glad we persisted for our last night, found it. The waitress was really helpful after I tried out my school days French proceeded to...translate the menu for us. We shared a starter of Foie Gras then had a main of Steak seafood noodles. All dished were beautifully presented tasted delicious. The best meal we had in Calvi. So wished we had ate on the beach at night before, rather than the town, it was so beautiful. Great Service great food.

I was here in calvi yesterday. that was nice to eat, but I feel over price for what it was. I have the vegetarian gnocchi. the gnocchi was beautiful, but I feel that the portion was small for the price. it was nothing wrong. with my experience here, but eating was just okay. the view of the sun over calvi makes it worth going to the restaurant. I have booked via email what was helpful. there was a waiter who spoke something English and the people were very friendly. another reason to visit when their French is not great. the restaurant is romantic and perfect for a date night.
