"I can not comment on the quality of food here as we never got any. We stopped here at the end of a long walk. We were shown to a seat. We order two fantas and asked for the menu. In the mean time a couple of people walked in. The waitress came back with two unopened bottle cap bottles of Fanta and then went off. I spent sometime trying to get her attention to get our drinks opened and to get the menu to no avail. Whilst this was happening I was aware of two older people pointing at us and speak loudly to another waitress. The waitress came over and told us we had to move to another table. Finally someone explained to us that these other two people wanted the seat we were in. By now I had had enough and we left. I would not return and I would not recommend it."

"Abbiamo cenato in questa Pinseria lungo la Via Francigena. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla bontà e leggerezza dell’impasto! Ne ho presa una con burrata, olive, pomodoro e alici. Ingredienti eccellenti di alta qualità. Il proprietario ci ha proposto la terza pinsa in due, una fuori menù, “la pinsa del pellegrino” con tutti prodotti locali. Pensavo di non riuscire a finirla ma invece era così buona e leggera che la mia pancia ha ringraziato! A tutti i Pellegrini che passano da Vetralla consiglio di fermarsi a provare questa deliziosa pinsa!"

"Vieni a pranzo. nessun controllo passa verde, né a noi né ad altri commensali. per ordinare prima ci sono voluti circa minuti di attesa. è arrivato in poco tempo devo dire che sono risultati molto buoni. Dopo altri minuti con il tentativo di attirare l'attenzione di un cameriere, ordiniamo dolci, mai arrivati. Dopo circa minuti di attesa siamo partiti, pagando il dovuto. Servizio di revisione."

"this was a new one, at the loose end decided to drive to cura di vetralla and try a lunch from the city. we have chosen tuscie. I must say it was an excellent decision. we are there at 12.40 clock. In... only after 1 clock the place was filled with locals, clearly the booking at the weekend would be advisable. eating was the first class, the Porcini season and we made the best of it. a lot of serving, service excellent. the house wine is practically free €6 a liter) and very drinkable. the desserts saw all be made home. I'm just sorry I didn't fit anything else. I may have to go on Saturday for a second run in the menu. the card from the restaurant says Tuesday and Thursday they have fresh fish and they are always open. reasonable prices. there is a free parking opposite."

"Friendly staff and management more than exquisite, dinner among fantastic friends, excellent pizza, delicious and light dough and above all loaded with ingredients. The menu of the kitchen is typical of the area rich in good raw materials and many inviting proposals , I recommend the appetizer for 2 people and meat , I asked for a medium blood cooking on a 0.750kg steak to say little perfect . I will definitely return everything fantastic good! All perfect 5 stars!"
