La Palette - Speisekarte

The location of this bar/ restaurant is very nice in the area of st germain. Unfortunaltly the staff is quite arrogant and rude towards tourists. Next time we will skip this place

Sat outside and it was a lovely afternoon, so the atmosphere was perfect for watching several locals coming thru and greeted like family.....who knows!? The waiters were all solicitous of a non-French speaking traveler.

We had the happiness of going to the palette in August and for the first time in 10 years we did not wait to sit! pleasant setting, quality dishes as always, impeccable service. the only flats in normal time are the poor and deplorable state of the sanitary. A free unpleasant server and the image of the agace parigot cliché did not manage to spoil us the last two hours of our stay in Paris. It must be said that I am forged by the 20 years of hospitality professions of any kind. A fun experience in a beautiful establishment that deserves employees at its height.

Quiet side street and worth the trip. The service is Parisian but friendly. We had a cheese board and charcuterie board to share - very generous portion and plenty for two. The cheeses were all lovely and varied. With a glass of red, it was a nice not too touristy spot to rest on our walk through St Germain.

an establishment recommended by a friend but I am quite disappointed: very tight on the terrace on small tables. dishes not bad but not exceptional despite excessive price I think. the dish of the day more expensive than a beef tartar... when you think it's a big salad with some shrimp and some salmon. fortunately the staff is very nice Speisekarte ansehen

I went to this place in the evening to try the cheese plate that a friend recommend us! It was really delicious. I am not an expert of cheese, but they were exquisit. The atmosphere remind me an old Paris because this place has more than 100 years, you will see in all the decoration, the tiny kitchen and the single toilette. It is a must in Paris.

We took an apero with several plates to share, it was not exceptional, but it was not bad either. On the other hand, the bill is quickly up. It is clearly not justified, even if you are to bet. on the terrace, the chairs' files are covered with fabric protection. which in raintime is very uncomfortable because they are quickly imbibed. The toilets are dirty (full of water on the ground or other things.) difficult to imagine because there was no big world in my passage. otherwise we were welcomed with the smile of the waitress.

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed our food - cheese- and charcuterieplates. But: first of all, the prices are outrageous for what you are actually getting. We've been staying in Paris all summer and, both being big fans of cheeseplates, enjoyed fabulous plates all around Paris. These plates were by far the most over-priced ones allthough we did enjoyed them (one can't really screw up cold cheese and meat).We had a small problem with our waiter, since we recieved no jam for our food which we had recieved at all of the other restaurants. When my boyfriend asked for it the waiter didn't even look at him so we thought maybe he didn't hear us, but after a few minutes we recieved a small bo... Speisekarte ansehen
