Ristorante gradevole a Sarnano ,bella location,il primo non mi è piaciuto per un gusto personale) ma i secondi e il dolce veramente top consigliato

Ottimo pranzo, antipasto con ottimi salumi locali e primi molto buoni, il tutto servito da personale cordiale e attento. Consigliato per chi ama la buona cucina ad un giusto prezzo.

Questa sera abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di cenare in questo ristorante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima accoglienza e ottimo personale. Marilyn e i giovani camerieri di una professionalità unica. Consigliatissimo!

We eaten here a few times now and we love it. From the menu which changes regularly and fabulous food to the delicious house red wine to the super friendly welcoming staff. Come in the winter it’s cosy and warm and in the summer eat on the terrace and admire the view. It is one of our favourite restaurants in an region of great food.

A 2 passi da Sarnano, sulla strada dei Sibillini questo ottimo ristorante offre una grande scelta di piatti e specialità uniche, tra queste il vigna con Coratella e zabaione salato solo questo antipasto è un capolavoro per il resto ottimi secondi di carne cotti alla perfezione e di prima scelta. Lovely location with beautiful mountain views of the Sibilinis. Quaint restaurant with a very friendly owner who mentioned it was fish day so we said great and that was our order! She brought fresh shrimp and clam appetizers followed by pasta with shellfish and then more fish on its own for a second plate. House Chardonnay went very well with the meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Sabato sera meglio prenotare. Dopo tanto camminare, la cucina ha deliziato il palato di un mangione: i primi che abbiamo assaggiato erano belli e soprattutto buoni, ravioli delicati, le tagliatelle con 40tuorli al cinghiale strepitosi, tutta pasta ruvida fatta in casa; passando ai secondi l'agnello al quadrato con la sua marinatura talmente buono da non lasciare nemmeno le ossa, l'intestino di maiale con cotenna e sidro di mele un capolavoro. Had heard great things about this restaurant. Nice shared starter of cheese and meat, as is fairly standard for restaurants in the area. We shared a pistachio, burrata and tomato ravioli that was simply sublime. Mains of lamb were very disappointing lamb over grilled with chicory which was very burnt adding to the overly bitter flavour from the chicory. We ordered the Patata Bollante. What a disappointment for a namesake. It was a poorly cooked Hasselback potato even choosing the wrong variety of potato (a floury white potato). To compound the problem it was roasted ‘en papillote”. It was a claggy, bland affair that I’d probably discard in my own kitchen as an experiment too far ….. Hasselba... Speisekarte ansehen
