Nous avions envie d’essayer ce restaurant depuis longtemps et nous n’avons pas été déçu Accueil sympathique tout en étant professionnelle Avons pris le menu à 44 euros et c’était parfait de l’entrée au dessert C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix Ambiance agréable … nous reviendrons

We visited La Pommeraie twice in the last month. Once for dinner and once for Easter Sunday lunch. The management and staff are very atttentive. The dining room is spacious and the atmosphere is good terrace available in summer). Excellent food with perhaps pride of place to their home made foie gras. Fish dishes were particularly good. Excellent dinner! The place is perfect for a good time: welcome with a smile, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, attentive service, quality and delicious dishes, traditional and creative cuisine, an association of bone and exquisite flavours (Cacao foie gras). Rate more than correct! Bravo to this motivated and dynamic young team! You deserve the 5 stars. I'll be back with pleasure.

My daughter I visited on the last night of our holiday as a special treat. The service was discrete, friendly and welcoming: staff tolerated my dreadful french with good grace, yet managed to switch diplomatically to english with making me feel as poor a linguist as I am!. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant felt so warm, clean and spacious that it was easy to ignore the torrential rain outside! A really lovely and special evening.

Beautiful setting and worth a visit. We went during Covid and their attention to detail was exceptional. At no point did we feel uncomfortable as tables were well spaced out and everything was continually sanitised even the credit card machine. The food was simple but tasty and well cooked. We had escalope de foil gras, pork (cochon) which was a little disappointing as whilst I knew it was effectively a pork chop, I did think they would do something with it to make it look more appetising but it did taste good. My husband had the beef which was just a piece of thin sirloin fried in a pan. Very basic and simply. Dessert was a lemon mousse and my husband had profiteroles cooked with apples and...
