I tried to eat a little: hard and rubbery under the tooth, and let’s not talk about taste. Immangeable. So how do we make a fine white fish such a sole?? I didn’t know it’s possible. Restaurant trouver par hasard car on a passé une nuit au domaine de Rouffach et super restaurant, serveuse aimable et souriante, repas délicieux le veau était super tendre et bien cuit comme il faut avec légumes et spatzles tro bons , et prix très correct. Tout était absolument parfait : des produits frais et de saison, des plats savoureux et raffinés, une présentation soignée Nous avons eu que des compliments sur le repas ! L’équipe a été d’un professionnalisme irréprochable, à l’écoute de nos envies et très attentionnée tout au long de la soirée. Le service était fluide et impeccable, et chaque bouchée était un vrai régal. Grâce à eux, notre repas de mariage a été un moment inoubliable.
